MED TRUST har funnits i Sverige sedan 2008 och våra produkter finns i samtliga Sveriges regioner.

Där det svenska lagret månatligen optimeras utifrån rådande produktbehov där utbud och efterfrågan löpande anpassas. I nära samarbete med vårt centrallager i Österrike säkerställer vi de lagernivåer som finns i Sverige och med ett starkt fokus i hela koncernen rörande leveranssäkerhet så har vi ett centrallager med väl anpassade lagernivåer inklusive ett väl utbyggt säkerhetslager.
MED TRUST, leverantör av medicintekniska produkter tillsammans med Wellion som varumärke har ett särskilt fokus på att vara en kategoriledare med fokus på Diabetespatienten, ett fokus som löpande fokuserar på utveckling av befintliga lösningar men också aktivt letar efter nya produkter som kan komma denna patientgrupp väl till pass.
Account Manager MED TRUST Sweden AB
MED TRUST Sweden AB with its Wellion brand, has several different solutions to make life easier for individuals with diabetes. Our product portfolio includes everything from Pen Needles to more technological products such as CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) and Insulin Pump. We are proud of the variety of products we have and how all parts of the portfolio fill a need for diabetics in Sweden. According to the latest Swedish report, four primary risk areas are mentioned that burden individuals and society. Blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol and albuminuria, MED TRUST and Wellion have several different solutions in these areas.
The company has a clear five year plan, MED TRUST 2030, with a focus on increasing Wellion's presence in the Swedish market. In order to reach more people with our various solutions, MED TRUST intends to recruit a new Account Manager for the business:
The Role
As Account Manager, we assume that you have a strong drive to want to make a difference, for the company, our customers and patients.
You will be responsible for working to achieve set goals, be part of estimating future needs of customers and actively plan and carry out customer visits including sales meetings, product training and a presence to create trust as a company representative but also the company and our various products.
In order to effectively prioritize everyday life and which opportunities are of greatest importance, the person needs experience in handling IT, CRM systems, Office packages and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technology that are being introduced.
The business, in many cases, is regulated by public procurement, so experience in the area is of advantage
As responsible for the actual geography, the work is independent, but the business knows the value of you working in close collaboration with other Account Managers and employees within the organization.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Personal characteristics
Experience in sales and/or medical technology is advantageous but not a requirement.
Good knowledge of diabetes facilitates the ability to quickly understand the role and understanding the different needs of people with diabetes and healthcare personnel.
A strong drive, wanting to create a difference and results in what you undertake, is a central characteristic.
A character with a strong sense of urgency. Quickly see where you need to spend time to make important impact, for customers, colleagues and the company.
To succeed you are responsive and take ownership to your own development but also to the needs of customers and the ambitions of the business.
Technical interest is of course important but also, to succeed in the role of Account Manager, the human focus is of central character
In the daily interactions, you will meet doctors, nurses (especially diabetic), purchasers and logistics. Also, from time to time, you will be in direct interactions with end users of our solutions.
A flexible person who can quickly prioritize and make decisions about changing conditions. With a focus on the goal, quickly find alternative ways to embrace any changes in everyday life.
The daily dialogue with the customer needs to be in Swedish, why you need to fluently speak Swedish, in the international organization the language is English, which is also something that is needed.
Geographical area
Västra Götaland, Örebro, Södermanland, Västmanland and Uppsala
Ideally, you live in Västra Götaland or one of the other mentioned regions. Personality and capabilities are of greatest importance, whereby other places of living can be considered, still it is important to have a good work life balance, which is why location is of importance.
